In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a legal period of thirty (30) days from the receipt of the product(s) ordered to exercise their right of withdrawal. To make a return request, the Customer must contact us at the following address: Support@oohlalagirl.store . A withdrawal form will be sent to them by email following their request.
Within thirty (30) days of sending the withdrawal form, the Customer must return the Products to the address provided by our team.
The package must be returned via the carrier of your choice, in its original packaging. It is the Customer's responsibility to keep the proof of deposit of the package, which will be issued by the delivery company. The return is at the Customer's expense, and in the event of loss of the package, no refund can be made.
In the event of withdrawal, OOHLALAGIRL is required to offer a credit note, excluding return shipping costs and product taxes, which are the responsibility of the Customer. The full amount paid (excluding shipping costs and tax) by the Customer will be refunded within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which the Seller receives the withdrawal form from the Customer included in the package.
The risks and costs of return are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
The right of withdrawal can only be exercised for products returned complete, in perfect condition, unworn, clean, sealed, in their original packaging. Products returned incomplete, washed, perfumed, cleaned, damaged, soiled, unsealed, broken or damaged for any reason will not be refunded, exchanged, or replaced.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
Supply of goods unsealed by the consumer after delivery, which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
The products sold by OOHLALAGIRL are artisanal clothing specially designed for occasions and events. They are therefore sealed with our hangtag for hygiene reasons. Once these garments have been unsealed by the Customer, they cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.

Our dedicated team will respond to you within 24 hours and will try to resolve the problem "completely" as soon as we receive your claim.

If approved, the refund will be returned to the same payment method used for purchasing the dress. From the date of refund approval, the money takes up to 5 to 7 business days to appear in your account/card.
